I have been a therapist in New York City for over 20 years and can proudly say that I have helped countless numbers of couples and individual clients heal, grow and change their lives.

Also, through therapy and counseling I help people in their desire to close the gap between where they are right now and where they want to be.

To this end I use “old school” proven therapy modalities as well as the latest research and cutting- edge techniques.
